Lumu Technologies Named a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum

Latin America. Lumu Technologies, a company dedicated to the continuous assessment of cybersecurity compromises (Continuous Compromise Assessment®), was selected as a Technology Pioneer 2025 by the World Economic Forum. This recognition is given to start-ups that develop technologies with the potential for global impact on business and society.

With this designation, Lumu is part of a group of companies that lead developments in areas such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and digital trust. The recognition also implies the company's participation in a global ecosystem of leaders from the public, private, academic and civil sectors, with access to spaces for collaboration over the next two years.

"Being named a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum is a great honor and a powerful validation of Lumu's transformative approach to cybersecurity," said Ricardo Villadiego, founder and CEO of Lumu Technologies. "Our Continuous Compromise Assessment® model gives organizations the confidence to focus on resilience and not just prevention. We are excited to contribute our knowledge of cyber risk, network visibility and operational security globally."

The Technology Pioneer program has recognized companies such as Google, Airbnb, Dropbox, Twitter, and Spotify, among others, in previous years. Its objective is to identify organizations with emerging technologies capable of transforming economic and social sectors.
