Milestone Systems, a leading provider of open platform video management software (VMS), hosted the Milestone XPerience Days Mexico 2025 event, a gathering that brought together industry leaders, integrators and end users to discuss the future of intelligent video technology, operational analytics and cloud-based solutions.
The event took place on Wednesday, November 26 at the St. Regis Hotel Mexico City, where attendees learned first-hand about the main trends and innovations in the strategic use of video, artificial intelligence and data analysis applied to different operating environments.
During the day, Milestone Systems officially presented Johana Arias as the new Sales Director for Latin America, within the framework of its regional expansion strategy aimed at strengthening its position in the market and consolidating strategic alliances within the technological ecosystem. In his speech, Arias expressed his interest in approaching customers and partners to share the company's vision and publicize Milestone Systems' renewed focus in the region.
A space for connection and technological learning
Milestone XPerience Days Mexico 2025 offered a program designed for knowledge exchange, interaction, and technological exploration. Throughout the day, attendees participated in specialized conferences led by industry experts, as well as an exhibition area and technology demonstrations.
The event was attended by renowned technology partners such as Hanwha, Pelco, LenelS2–Honeywell, Olsek, The Boring Lab, iPro, Axis Communications, Zenitel, Barco and Vivotek, whose presence allowed attendees to learn about complementary solutions, strengthen collaboration networks and explore new integration opportunities.
As for the company's portfolio, Milestone Systems highlighted the recently released 2025 R3 version of its XProtect software, which incorporates advanced remote management capabilities, proactive monitoring, incident resolution without local access, and more granular permissions management. BriefCam, an analytics solution based on artificial intelligence, and Arcules, its video-as-a-service (VSaaS) cloud platform, were also presented.
