Mexico. Hikvision Mexico announced the launch of the third edition of its "Hikvision Women" program, an initiative aimed at strengthening the participation and professional development of women in the video security and smart solutions sector. With this project, the company reaffirms its commitment to inclusion, equity and the training of female talent in the technology industry.
After three years of implementation, the program has established itself as a space for training, mentoring and professional growth, where participants acquire technical knowledge, boost their leadership skills and expand their presence in a constantly evolving sector, marked by innovation and the use of artificial intelligence.
As part of this new edition, Hikvision Mexico presented the exclusive course "Security or Smart Solutions?", designed to enhance the technical and strategic skills of the participants, in a context where digital transformation redefines the future of security.
The course will be held on November 13, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the offices of Hikvision Mexico, located in Torre II Plaza Carso, in Mexico City, and will be taught by Jackie Cruzprieto. The training will delve into the company's evolution towards intelligent solutions, the use of video as an analysis tool and the identification of opportunities to create value in each project.
Likewise, the integration of artificial intelligence in the development of the brand's products and software will be addressed, through practical examples that show how this technology contributes to the prevention of incidents, the optimization of space management and the improvement in decision-making, promoting more predictive and efficient security.
For Francisca Sánchez, Director of Marketing and Communication at Hikvision Mexico, the program transcends technical training. "Mujeres Hikvision is a space where knowledge becomes empowerment. We want more women to discover their potential in technology and know that they can lead projects and make strategic decisions. With this new edition, we reaffirm our commitment to a more diverse, collaborative and sustainable security industry," he said.
In the same vein, Paulina Lordméndez, Digital Marketing Manager of the company, stressed that the continuity of the program responds to a growing demand for specialized training. "The fact that we are reaching the third edition shows that more and more women are looking to develop in the technology industry. Our goal is to offer them a community that accompanies them, inspires them and provides them with tools to continue growing," he said.
