("Theatro"), creator of innovative digital workflow and communication software based on artificial intelligence and voice, designed especially for frontline workers. Theatro, based in Richardson, Texas, has developed a platform that improves collaboration and efficiency for these employees through applications that deliver real-time information, optimizing both their productivity and safety.
With this acquisition, Motorola Solutions will strengthen its support for frontline workers, who represent 60% of the global addressable workforce, including millions of employees in North America.
Theatro has worked with a variety of retailers in the United States across different business sectors. Motorola Solutions plans to integrate Tretra's capabilities within its broader portfolio of technologies, including body-worn cameras, fixed video, panic buttons and radios, to offer new value-added services.
This integration will enable the creation of new security use cases and expand Thatro's applications to sectors such as hospitals, healthcare, manufacturing, and education.
