Latin America. Vertiv announced that Mike Giresi will join the company on June 30, 2025 as global Chief Information Officer (CIO). In his new role, Giresi will lead the company's initiatives in business-wide adoption of artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, product security, and digital productivity and customer experience.

"Mike deeply understands the opportunities of a rapidly evolving AI, digital and IT space and has the experience and focus on execution to bolster our competitive advantages."

Giresi most recently served as chief digital officer at consumer electronics company Molex and has more than 30 years of IT experience, more than 20 years of which have been in executive leadership roles. He has been Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Aramark, CIO of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., CIO of Tory Burch, CIO of Direct Brands (Columbia House & Doubleday) and CIO and Senior Vice President of IT at Godiva Chocolatier.
Giresi holds an EMBA from Saint Joseph University — Erivan K. Haub School of Business, and a bachelor's degree in English and Information Systems from Seton Hall University.
