Mexico. Keenfinity began operating in Mexico after private equity firm Triton acquired Bosch's security and communications technology business. This change marks the beginning of a new stage for the company, which will adopt the name Keenfinity once the acquisition process, scheduled for July 2025, is completed.
At the ISC West 2025 event, Keenfinity officially unveiled its new identity, evidencing the beginning of its change. At the Bosch exhibition, the renewed Keenfinity signage stood out, a step towards the consolidation of the brand after the purchase. "Our security portfolio will continue to use the Bosch brand after closure for a while... Eventually, we will move to a new product brand in our security portfolio," said Barbara Zelenay, vice president of sales, marketing and communications at Bosch/Keenfinity.
Julián Abraham, General Director and Country Board Manager of Keenfinity Mexico, addressed his team and partners: "After more than 10 years of working at Bosch, the time has come to transform ourselves into Keenfinity. This change represents a new chapter in our history, with new challenges and opportunities to continue growing."
Despite the transition, Keenfinity will remain focused on the Mexico and Latin American market, supported by a team that has played a crucial role in the achievements of recent years. "Thanks to everyone's support and commitment, we have achieved significant results. Now, as Keenfinity, we face new challenges with the same commitment," Abraham added.
Keenfinity will have a team of 4,300 employees in 50 countries and 90 locations following the completion of the acquisition. This move is part of the company's expansion strategy, which seeks to consolidate its position in the global security market.
