Latin America. Hikvision got involved in Expo Syscom 2025, showcasing a set of technology solutions focused on safety, health, and connectivity. The company highlighted its orientation towards the creation of a complete ecosystem, with instruments created for different sectors.
During the event, the brand had contact with distributors and customers from different regions of the country. "Being present at a forum of this magnitude, together with our most important wholesaler, allowed us to meet with our distributors and current and potential customers from different states of the Mexican Republic, such as Querétaro, Guanajuato, Guerrero, Veracruz, Puebla, Tijuana, among others," said Fran Sánchez, Marcom director at Hikvision Mexico.
He added that the fair facilitated "exhibiting our most recent technological innovations, in addition to enabling special areas to offer short conferences and keynote talks, providing a comprehensive and informative experience to attendees."

Among the solutions presented is Acuseek, an artificial intelligence-based tool for video surveillance systems. The system allows searches to be carried out using natural language descriptions. "Acuseek represents a significant advance in operational efficiency and accuracy, and opens up new possibilities for applications in public safety, urban surveillance, commerce and corporate environments," explained Sanchez.
The company also presented developments in several product lines:
Health Care and protection of the elderly: technologies for automatic fall detection, real-time alerts, assistance buttons and continuous monitoring in health institutions.
ITS intelligent traffic system: a solution that dynamically modifies traffic lights to optimize vehicle circulation and give priority to emergency vehicles.
Access control by facial recognition: terminals and video intercoms with capabilities to manage visits, make payments and receive packages in domestic environments.
Connected and wireless technology: Wi-Fi cameras and access points with point-to-point and point-to-multipoint capabilities, which can be integrated with the Hik-Connect and Hik-Partner Pro platforms.
In the risk identification section, Hikvision showcased:
Hik-Fire: Early fire detection system that fuses temperature and photoelectric sensors with video analysis.
HikRayin's ISD-SMW1701S-C: Millimeter-wave body scanner with a capacity of 700 people per hour and three-dimensional holographic imaging technology.
Industrial sound chamber: device equipped with 64 microphones for the purpose of identifying leaks or discharges through sound analysis.
Additionally, new automatic barriers with facial recognition were presented, designed for corporate environments and with the capacity to manage up to 100 thousand users and QR codes for visitors.
"These innovations confirm Hikvision's dedication to creating solutions that are increasingly robust, intuitive and in line with new market demands." With this, our distribution channel will be able to respond more quickly and effectively to current challenges," said Miguel Arrañaga, Regional Sales Director of Hikvision Mexico.
