United States. Seneca, a company specializing in security solutions, and part of Arrow Electronics, will cease to exist 10 years after its purchase by Arrow.
This was confirmed by a letter signed by Arrow Electronics' vice president of sales for the Americas, Tonya Roach, in which she announces to her customers about the closure of operations and about "abandoning the sale of Seneca brand products."
The letter, sent on Tuesday, February 27, confirms that Seneca products will be available for purchase until the end of March and that open purchase orders will be accepted. Similarly, equipment already on the market, including security and digital signage systems, will be supported during the warranty period.
"Thank you for supporting Seneca's business over the years. As a valued customer we want to make you aware of Arrow Company's decision to abandon the sale of Seneca branded products," says Tonya Roach, in a letter revealed by the portal https://www.sixteen-nine.net/
