United States. Susana Gallegos, STid 's regional sales director for Latin America, shared the brand's news in an exclusive interview with Ventas de Seguridad during ISC West 2023. She also talked about the growth the brand has experienced. "I feel like the brand has momentum in the industry."
In general, regarding this 2023, Susana highlighted that this is a special point for STid, because now its solutions arouse greater interest for potential clients, who now have the will to choose different alternatives. Likewise, she pointed out the growth of the company at the personal level, which for her is a primary factor for the growth of its recognition and impartation in the market.
Regarding the products, the sales director commented that they are fortunate that people are receiving their product with acceptance and continue to learn. “After 27 years of work, finally people come and listen, now they can say, you know what? I don't have to always do things the same way." With this, she referred to the great interest of the final client in investigating security and testing the different options on the market.
“We're not just talking about the door anymore, we're talking about secure identification anywhere in the company. We also have QR readers to control visits. As you know, STid is always concerned with the aesthetics of the product, but also with the issue of modularity. Here it is important to know that when it is necessary to identify visitors we can use this module, but people can also identify themselves with smartphones, with smart watches or with PINs or cards”.
Susana took advantage of the space to comment that at the Latin American level the company has welcomed new members to its team. “We know that what is truly essential is people”, she even explained that they are attracting staff with creativity and a taste for customer service, an issue that is complemented by the quality of their offer.
In this sense, she announced that news is coming for Colombia, Chile, Panama and Costa Rica, in addition, she assured that "the investment that has been made in the US market is accompanied by the globalization of the brand."
Finally, Susana pointed out that “we need even more space to receive more people. We are honestly very happy to be sowing what we have cultivated for so many years and taking advantage of the fact that clients trust us to continue with their new projects. We continue to grow massively.”
