DataNet Mexico 2019 will open its doors from August 14 to 16, from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at the WTC in Mexico City, registration is free and includes access to the public activities of the events.

In its 2019 edition, DataNet Mexico combines an attractive commercial exhibition of products and solutions, with a complete program of ten conferences and two technical courses that will expand the panorama of knowledge of the participants.

Among those attending DataNet Mexico, distributors, designers, installers, integrators, manufacturers and end users of the IT sector are expected. The inaugural conference, given by Rimack Quiñones, member of the KNX Mexico association and director of the company PROINGENIUM, will touch on the theme Building Automation for Smart Cities and Industry 4.0, in which the evolution of technology for smart buildings will be discussed in depth, with an eye on a future that includes the Internet of Things (IoT) as a basic resource of everyday life, that developers and builders will have to take into account to take advantage of their advantages.

Also noteworthy is the conference Data Centers in Industry 4.0, by Eng. Alejandra Castellanos, president of the Data Centers Committee at the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers.

For its part, the technical courses will offer valuable tools for the training of attendees who acquire the premium package, who can start on Thursday, August 15 with the short course of Introduction to Data Center Design, and complement on Friday 16, with the course Basic Concepts of Passive Optical Networks (GPON), both taught by the expert Marco T. Munguía Balvanera, director of UnivertTIC. The rest of the academic program can be consulted at this link.

With the presence of more than 40 brands on the exhibition floor, DataNet Mexico will show a wide commercial offer to meet the demand of professionals in the field, who are looking for solutions for computer optimization, networks and wiring, cooling and energy efficiency, IP electronic security, digital signage, audiovisual systems, hosting solutions, cloud solutions, or critical electricity supply.

"As in 2018, this year we will have the participation of a group of Chinese companies that seek to increase their market share in Mexico and Latin America. These are companies focused on telecommunications, cabling and fiber optics that will surely be an attractive business option for local distributors," said Alejandra García.

Among other exhibitors this year, brands such as ALPE, BaudTec, DVP, Goldenconn, iCOP, net2phone, KOC Group, UniverTIC, Transcom, Skycom, Safewell, Intellinet and GL.iNet stand out, a company that will show its innovative Slate wireless router, designed to provide connectivity and security for frequent travelers and which was recognized this year with a CES Innovations Award Honoree 2019.

When held in conjunction with InfoComm Mexico 2019, DataNet Mexico will also bring its exhibitors closer to the attendees of TecnoTelevisión, the congress focused on the production and transmission of audiovisual content, which will be held in parallel. The contact with this public represents another opportunity to bring their fiber optic solutions, structured cabling, data centers and telecommunications to a market that is a natural user of them.

"We believe that both exhibitors and the audience will discover new business opportunities and find the technological solutions that their organizations require in the short and medium term. Presenting DataNet Mexico in parallel to InfoComm Mexico has been a well-received idea, so we are confident that this edition will leave everyone involved satisfied," concluded Alejandra García of DataNet Mexico.
