International. SoftGuard announced that its VigiControl solution expanded its functionalities by incorporating new controls for physical security personnel.
"In the new version of the VigiControl application, we have enabled the photographic record of the guard, which will allow the user to be asked to take a photograph, to be sent along with the LOGIN event," the company's statement reads.
This new tool will allow to warn anomalies in the service takeover, making it possible for the supervisor to correct any deviation in real time. With VigiControl, you can prevent a guard from presenting himself at a target for which he has not been designated or from being impersonated by another guard without authorization.
