Spain. The company Alai Secure announced some of the actions it is carrying out in the fight against COVID-19.
The company stressed that it has been redoubling its efforts and collaborates, more closely than ever, with the main Telecare companies in Spain: Asispa and Clece, to facilitate the work of its professionals remotely, from their private homes, complying with the demanding quality standards required by this service.
"Our elders have become these days an extremely vulnerable segment of the population and it is necessary to join the efforts and means available to all to continue watching over their lives. In this sense, Alai Secure, has made its technology available, in coordination with the technical teams of Asispa and Clece, to be able to offer its service remotely, allowing to decentralize communications, without being affected at any time, "says the official statement of the brand.
Initially, Alai Secure highlights that this solution applies mainly to the vast majority of Telecare users of the City of Madrid, Valladolid, Zaragoza, Cantabria, Asturias, León, Ponferrada, Málaga, Córdoba, Badajoz, Ceuta, Melilla and Palencia.
Alai Secure, telecommunications operator, offers service since 2005 to the main companies providing socio-health services in Spain. It manages more than 40% of all Telecare communications in Spain and dedicates a very important part of its R&D to designing and developing technology aimed at improving the care and integration of our elders.
