Upon receiving an alarm event, the monitoring operator will be able to make notifications via WhatsApp to the owner or responsible for the account. This new form of communication is added to those already existing in the central module of Alarm Monitoring which are to send a text message, an e-mail and even a Push message.
Also, in this notification via WhatsApp the operator can add a link to Waze or GoogleMaps to inform the contact of the position of the person in emergency. This functionality is very useful in case of an event received from the App #SmartPanics of S.O.S. or medical emergency of a minor or older adult of the family, providing the coordinator of the same the exact position of his relative and the shortest route to arrive in his go while the authorities arrive.
