Now Danny Sullivan the same journalist who wrote the first article that unleashed the problem, yesterday has published another to clarify that they misinterpreted his sayings since he at no time meant that Bing copied all the results.
In this lengthy article and clarification, the author mentions verbatim:

How Bing doesn't copy GoogleIf I could go back and change just one thing in my original story, it would be the headline "Google: Bing is cheating, and copy SOME of our search results." I explain it in detail in the article itself saying that most of Bing's results were unique but the headline was taken by some in the sense that Bing copied all Google results. This is not the case.
That is to say that the same writer of the initial article affirms that the news was taken out of context generating an unnecessary rumor because no one read in the original.
