Paxton Introduces New Generation Net2 Entry with Enhanced Features

International. Paxton is introducing the new generation of Net2 Entry, its leading gateway system, for installers and integrators. The new update includes two new panels and an update for the Net2 Entry software to offer better access/gateway functionality for versatile security and building management.

The new Net2 Entry panels replace those currently offered by Paxton. The latest versions feature MIFARE® technology, a  new panel with intuitive interface and camera functionality with digital pan/tilt for the latest in security solution. Paxton's innovative design combines audio, video, access control and power all in one way with CAT 5 cable.

Diversifying from access control, Paxton launches net2 Entry, its first door entry system, in 2012 with great success in the industry. Promoted  as the simplest gateway system available, this consists of only three components that self-detect in the installation; an external panel, an indoor monitor and a door controller, for a true plug and play solution, ready to operate the equipment. The simplicity of the products and their ease of use have proven popular among security installers who have chosen Net2 Entry to win the PSI First Prize for Access Control every year since 2013.

The new Net2 Entry panels will be available in two versions, standard and anti-vandal. The standard version of the panel with great design has a high-contrast keyboard with direct light compensation, while the robust anti-vandal version of the panel is made with corrosion resistance of 316L marine grade stainless steel, with an impact resistance of IK10 rate, to withstand even the most difficult environments. Both versions are available in recessed mounting, surface mounting and surface mounting with a version with visor to protect against rain, making them suitable for ranges of environments or different environments.

The updated system also includes a versatile grouping feature which enables intelligent handling and separation of multiple Net2 Entry systems into multiple groups, allowing control of selected monitors from the panels.

Paxton will be participating as an exhibitor with its main products and solutions of IP Access Control, Door/Entrance Access System and Intelligent Building Systems, including the new version of Net2 Entry, at the Expo Seguridad México at booth #1446 from April 26 to 28, 2016.
