Mexico. Within the framework of Expo Seguridad México 2025, held from June 24 to 26 at the Citibanamex Center, Motorola Solutions unveiled its new technologies in video security, access control and data analysis. These solutions are aimed at strengthening protection in public spaces, especially in view of the 2026 International Football Championship, an event that is expected to attract more than five million visitors to the country.
During its participation, the company explained how its systems powered by artificial intelligence can be applied in high-traffic environments, such as stadiums, airports and hotels. According to Motorola Solutions, these tools allow "detecting, analyzing, and mitigating threats faster and more effectively," contributing to the safety of people, infrastructure, and large-scale events.
Among the products presented were the Avigilon and Pelco cameras, designed to detect critical events using AI. These cameras enable real-time surveillance and facilitate operational decision-making in high-traffic locations. In terms of access control, the company exhibited its Avigilon Unity and Avigilon Alta platforms, which allow secure management of entry to sensitive areas. In addition, license plate recognition technology seeks to reinforce vehicular entry protocols, limiting access only to authorized vehicles.
Motorola Solutions also presented interoperable coordination tools such as WAVE PTX, designed to facilitate communication between authorities and private security forces. In addition to this, environmental sensors such as the Halo Smart Sensor allow monitoring conditions and issuing alerts in closed spaces such as bathrooms and locker rooms. Another focus was the demonstration of analytics and automation tools.
In particular, the Orchestrate platform, designed to automate workflows, and the Noggin software, aimed at managing critical events, were highlighted. Both solutions are designed to optimize operations, prevent incidents and strengthen the response to risk situations. Motorola Solutions' presence at Expo Seguridad 2025 offered a sample of its technological ecosystem and its potential application in complex scenarios. With these solutions, the company proposes a security strategy based on data, artificial intelligence and interoperability between systems.
