Mexico. Representatives of Axis Communications attended a breakfast with a group of journalists to discuss the future of the company that celebrates 40 years of life, 30 of them with a presence in Latin American markets.
"We held a breakfast with journalists where we shared the importance of the security and video surveillance market in Mexico, its exponential growth and the benefits of having technology that allows companies and different sectors to protect their personnel, to secure their assets and to make informed decisions with which they reach their maximum operational potential," said Mariana Ramírez, Latin America Marketing Manager, who emphasized that "At Axis Communications it is very important to maintain a close relationship with all our partners, one of them being the media."
Currently, the company's growth in the region is underpinned by five pillars, which are: long-term relationships, product quality, cybersecurity, sustainability and partnership.
"We have seen how the portfolio of solutions has grown, in which video surveillance has been complemented with technology such as analytics and, today, artificial intelligence, with which you can ask the camera exactly what you want to see according to your needs, both for security and for the business in general. This has opened up different opportunities through suppliers, since Axis' business model is based on partnership, trust and mutual support," said Leopoldo Ruiz, the company's regional director for Latin America.
Axis Communications was founded four decades ago by Mikael Karlsson, Martin Gren and Keith Bloodworth "with the goal of changing the way people use and think about digital devices and the benefit they represent for security," the manufacturer concluded.
