Latin America. The Bolide brand has been showcasing the devices at industry events held in places such as Mexico, Chile and Colombia. We spoke with Gloria Jiménez, the company's Mass Business Manager.
In this regard, the executive was satisfied and highlighted her participation as an interesting opportunity to meet with colleagues and professionals in the field, as well as with her customers, to share the technological advances and innovations in which the manufacturer has been working.
One of these solutions is Bolide Mobile Managing System (BMMS), the platform for Windows computers that allows multiple users with multiple roles and functions to control vehicle fleets and perform real-time monitoring tasks.
"It is a mobile system for the prevention and protection of moving vehicles. We have analytics to identify who is driving, know where the vehicle is going, and see what the driver is doing. Thus, we generate alerts if the driver is smoking, drinking, distracted or tired, due to having been behind the wheel for a long time. This recognition allows us to notify the central office or alert the driver so that they can be prevented," explains Gloria.
Meanwhile, DashCams are devices described by Bolide's Mass Business Manager as cost-effective and easy to install for remote monitoring of mobile assets: "It works in any type of vehicle, from the family car to armored vans that protect money. It serves the safety of moving vehicles and offers protection to the driver, the goods behind and even children."
Another of the technologies strongly promoted by the company has been iPac AI, which does facial recognition with Artificial Intelligence, without the need for a license. Its functions include searching for faces, identifying recurring customers, creating heat maps, and differentiating humans and vehicles, among others.
"These video analytics are definitely a very important tool for optimizing time, information and resources. It is rewarding because we put a lot of effort into designing and producing systems with new technologies to deliver to our users. Not only do we sell products, but we provide our buyer with consulting on what is best for their protection, as well as that of their customers and their business." Gloria Jimenez concluded.
