International. Ann Fandozzi has been announced as Convergint's new CEO, replacing Ken Lochiatto, who is stepping down from this role after ten years to continue serving the company as an advisor on the board of directors, and will support during this transition period.
Fandozzi joins the company at a pivotal time and will lead its next phase of transformational growth as Convergint drives innovation in the e-security, cybersecurity, fire and life safety, building automation and AV markets.
This is Ann Fandozzi's fourth CEO position, having led RB Global, Abra Auto Body & Glass and vRide. Prior to these CEO positions, she held senior leadership positions at Whirlpool, DaimlerChrysler, Ford Motor Company, and Lockheed Martin.

Under his leadership, they expanded their global footprint to more than 10,000 colleagues at more than 220 Convergint Technology Center locations, diversified their service offerings, completed 55 acquisitions and strengthened their position as an industry leader.
