More than 13 thousand professionals gathered at the GSX 2022

GSX 2022

United States. A total of 13 thousand participants from 85 countries along with more than 400 exhibitors left the Global Security Exchange (GSX) 2022, an event that took place from September 12 to 14 in Atlanta and is organized by ASIS International.

"Once again, GSX has proven to be a catalytic force for education, networking and sharing the latest trends and innovations occurring within the security profession," said Malcolm C. Smith, CPP, 2022 President of ASIS International. "The response to GSX 2022 has been overwhelming from both attendees and exhibitors. I am incredibly grateful to the organizers, sponsors, exhibitors and attendees of our fair for their commitment to the security profession and for making GSX the industry's premier event. Year after year, GSX is home to best-in-class educational programming, and I am proud of the diverse and wide-ranging conversations that took place at this year's event."

GSX once again held SM Live, a daily broadcast featuring conversations between industry leaders and the editor-in-chief of ASIS International's award-winning Security Management magazine, Teresa Anderson. In total, SM Live highlighted 15 discussions with industry leaders and innovators on topics ranging from cybersecurity to workplace violence prevention.

According to the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau, GSX generated a direct economic impact of $17.5 million and directly supported approximately 5,000 jobs in that community.
