Mexico. On September 20, the renovated space of the Municipal Command Center of the General Commissariat of Citizen Security, of the Government of Cuautitlán Izcalli in the State of Mexico, was inaugurated, an intervention carried out by the integrator Jomtel Telecomunicaciones.
This technological rehabilitation earned the integrator the award in the category of government project, at the Alas Management Summit, an association of which he is a part.
On the other hand, this project is of high importance for its locality, since it is part of an implementation of security strategies of the municipality, with an investment of 60 120 324 Mexican pesos, which is equivalent to around 3 million dollars.
Technology used
Jomtel Telecomunicaciones integrated in this project 1 2x6 videowall, 8 workstations for operators first level analytical software, 38 new poles (each with 3 fixed cameras, 1 PTZ camera and 1 emergency button). As well as with camera and bidirectional audio, an office console and command for the control of the communication center.
Within the intervention, more than 300 radios were occupied between mobiles, laptops and radio bases with tetra digital technology, in addition to 85 cameras with recorder in patrols.
On the other hand, it should be mentioned that the integrator was also responsible for the remodeling of the spaces and furniture of the C4.
Inaugural event
In the ceremonial act of delivery and opening attended the Municipal President of Cuautitlán Izcalli, Mrs. Karla Friesco García; the Secretary of Security in the Government of the State of Mexico, Mr. Rodrigo Sigfrid Martínez-Celis Wogau; the Head of the Command, Communication, Computing and Quality Control Center of the State of Mexico, Mr. Hugo de la Cuadra Mendoza; the General Commissioner of Security City of the Municipality of Cuautitlán Izcalli, Mtro. Mario Alfredo López Muñoz and the Executive Secretary of the State System of Public Security.
According to a statement from Jomtel "The four holders gave a tour of the C4 accompanied by several attendees" Act in which he highlighted the accompaniment of the General Director of Jomtel, Jorge Morera and the words of Jesús Juárez, Director of Projects.
"each of the systems that converge in a C4 become indispensable tools that, added to the human factor of an operator, result in operational success and generate results for the prevention of insecurity."
Background
At the beginning of 2020, the Executive Secretariat of the National Public Security System (SESNSP) reported that some of the crimes with the greatest impact during 2019, in Cuautitlán Izcalli, were robbery of businesses, public transport and home, as well as drug dealing, kidnapping and homicides. Hence, the actions taken by the current government were in line with committing to the safety of the inhabitants, which included and demanded the rehabilitation of the Municipal Command Center.
