Colombia. Diego Cacciolato, commercial director of Bykom, in the framework of the ESS+ 2022 International Security Fair , spoke about the evolution of the brand in Colombia and stressed that the country is one of the most important markets in Latin America.
The commercial director explained that, initially, when the brand entered the country, the customer approach was developed, backed by excellent after-sales support and an offer in alarm monitoring. Subsequently, in what would be a second stage, the brand focused on developing strategic alliances with manufacturers, at which time Bykom became a multi-brand tool.
The third stage of this evolution was characterized by the development and offer of vehicle tracking solutions. For the fourth phase, Bykom's effort was to provide greater empowerment to the user, offering control of its solutions from apps with access for mobile devices.
Finally, in the fifth stage, which is the current one, its administrative management system is developed and promoted, which also responds to the requirements of the market, especially those where the information collected must have more strategic uses from organizations.
It is worth noting that Diego also indicated that Colombia is the second or third most important market in Latin America, which explains why it was relevant for his company to return to make a presence in the ESS+.
