Learn about Milestone Systems' new partner program

Milestone Systems

Latin America. Milestone Systems ' new Partner Program includes enhancements designed to maximize partner success, help them compete in an ever-changing marketplace, and achieve greater profitability.

Program enhancements include transparent three-tier design, partner status per country, more benefits and incentives for partners, introduction of growth rebates for top-tier partners, and readjustment of participation requirements. The new program will be launched and take effect on July 1, 2022.

"Milestone is and will continue to be a company that puts its partners first. We are fully channel partner oriented and committed to strengthening our relationships with them. Through this new program, we will help our partners move forward and grow as they take advantage of this magnificent and diversified market opportunity," said Bill Rainey, vice president of Global Channel Sales Strategy, Milestone Systems.

Program Enhancements
A simpler program with a three-level design
The new design aligns partners at three levels, authoritative, advanced and premier, based on their productivity and qualifications. It's simpler and easier to understand and will help customers identify why a particular partner is right for a facility.

Partner status by country level
In order to offer more flexibility and make it easier for partners to gain access to top-tier benefits, status will be based on country, not an individual site. Eligibility for the level will be determined by combining income and certifications from all of a partner's sites in a country.

More benefits and rewards
In addition to the tier discounts granted for selling Milestone products, advanced and premier partners will be entitled to additional benefits, including access to project pricing, priority technical support, and non-resale demo licenses.

Introduction of growth rebates
Premier partners will be able to access rebates of up to 4% of Milestone's annual sales for exceeding sales revenue targets. These refunds are progressive, that is, the more the partners sell, the more they will earn. Premier partners will have different revenue targets.

Readjustment of requirements
Members must generate a minimum Milestone income to participate in the program. Advanced and premier partners will have to conduct trainings and obtain certifications. Premier partners will also need to actively promote Milestone's brand and products, as well as develop an annual business plan.
