Mexico. TVC en Línea and SoftGuard signed an agreement as partners in order to distribute in Mexico the premium ULTRA service, an initiative that is part of the expansion plan for this 2022 of the specialist company of alarm monitoring solutions.
The wholesale firm TVC En Línea has 18 branches and 3 logistics centers throughout Mexico and is now complemented by SoftGuard to offer in the Mexican market the unlimited ULTRA service, a product that gives access to use the entire suite of modules, cellular applications and services in an unlimited way.
With the new dynamics of the market, both companies have adapted to the needs that have arisen with it in the world, there are already new models of doing business, now all users of electronic security are in search of having recurring businesses. This has made both TVC Online and SoftGuard, reach a commercial agreement, to work on the distribution of a premium service: "This type of innovative solutions are those that we are marketing since 2021 and those that have given us connection with new colleagues", says Marcos Avalos, Country Manager of SoftGuard, who also mentions that hand in hand with TVC Online, "ULTRA is already implemented in more than 50 countries including Mexico, and now with TVC Mexican companies will receive preferential and close treatment"
This alliance also allows to open new paths for the benefit of the channel, from workshops, technical certifications, creation of digital events to unlimited growth. From SoftGuard, they assure that the clients of the company TVC en Línea "will hire ULTRA because in addition to preferring a quality service they will give priority to having unlimited advanced technology".
