The company explains that what distinguishes SecurOS ™ Soffit is that it is designed to operate automatically 24/7 using video analysis detectors based on artificial intelligence technologies that use cameras built on an Intel platform.
The solution provides video processing from an IP camera that can detect pedestrians, determining their location at all times and tracking their trajectory based on the change in their speed. The algorithms are resistant to frame interference from noise such as precipitation, trees, and shadows falling on the crosswalk. Machine learning technologies minimize the chance of the device responding to a non-human object. The Sofito SecurOS ™, unlike solutions in which static or dynamic lighting of traffic signs or asphalt is used in the markings of pedestrian crossings, concentrates the driver's attention on pedestrians, excluding other possible distractions.
