Mexico. A project for the installation of an intrusion deterrent detection system was carried out in Residencial Hacienda Santa Fe, a subdivision located in Santa Fe, CDMX. The project was executed by SISSA Monitoring Integral.
After experiencing an unfortunate event where several properties in the area were affected by criminal acts, those responsible for Residencial Hacienda Santa Fe contacted Sorhea, a developer of perimeter technology in Europe, to solve their security problems and avoid similar events in the future.
It was then that Sorhea, a company represented in Mexico exclusively by SISSA (with the corresponding certification), entrusted it to install an intrusion deterrent detection system on the periphery of the residential area, providing a definitive solution to their needs.
The task consisted, broadly speaking, in the installation of around 2,000 linear meters of cable in a mesh located on an otherwise complex surface (given its narrowness to perform the installation maneuvers), which represented a great risk for the technicians destined to perform such an operation.
SISSA Monitoring Integral said that thanks to its capacity it adapted without problems to this particular case and to the specific needs of the client.
The solution implemented by SISSA in Residencial Hacienda Santa Fe integrates the G-Fence 600 fence shock detection system, composed of 4 UG (Management Units). This highly sensitive technology manufactured by Sorhea aims to detect vibrations and impacts at a maximum of 600 meters, caused by intrusions, escalations, cuts, etc.
In turn, such a detection system is made up of a sensor cable with accelerometers responsible for sending a signal to a management unit, which records the perceived vibrations that will be reflected in a graphic map, thus generating an alert that will warn, if the activation threshold is reached, about a possible intrusion attempt in the facilities.
"With this project, SISSA Monitoring Integral demonstrates its extensive technical and strategic capacity to solve any type of perimeter security requirements, with a high level of quality and at a highly competitive price," said Alan Josué Vázquez, content editor of SISSA.
