Confirmed alliance between Bedrock Learning and Latin Press

Latin America. Thanks to the collaboration between two recognized authorities in the integrated systems industry, Latin America now has a resource to help installers start or advance their careers. Bedrock Learning and Latin Press, Inc. are excited to work together to offer the Spanish version of Bedrock's Online Course Fundamentals for Electronic Systems Technicians, FEST.

"Bedrock Learning is well known for providing exceptional industry training in English," said Max Jaramillo, CEO of Latin Press. "Knowing that our market wanted a self-paced training experience, Bedrock was the obvious choice because of his experience. The Spanish version of the online course, available 24/7 and in your language, serves our distributors in many Latin American countries."

The electronic systems industry is growing rapidly, and the global demand for skilled entry-level and advanced technicians has never been higher. Bedrock's FEST online course offers an engaging and neutral self-study for marketers who want to work on the technology facility or want to receive a refresher. Topics include:

• Basic concepts of electricity
• Hand tools, power tools and test tools
• Construction methods and materials.
• Wiring and installation practices
• Safety standards, codes and practices.

Students advance at their own pace, on their schedule, learning the principles of structured cabling, including wiring, components, and outputs. Design and installation procedures, testing, and troubleshooting methods are detailed, along with an introduction to the different electronic systems and their benefits.

"It is gratifying to help and support growing the industry in Latin America," shared Helen Heneveld, President of Bedrock Learning. "Working closely with the local integration community in the region, the course was translated and expanded to include regional information. We are thrilled to partner with the best and brightest editorial team serving Latin America."

Bedrock's online courses are approved for Continuing Education Units, CEU's by CEDIA and others for the renewal of security and electricity licenses.

The introductory offer for the Spanish version is affordable at US $96 with the Latin Press promo code. For more information on the Fundamentals for Electronic Systems Technicians course, please visit:
