United States. ISC West confirmed that the event will now be held July 20-22 at the Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas.
The event, which was scheduled to take place from March 17 to 20, was postponed by Reed Exhibitions, organizers, due to the issue of the coronavirus.
"At ISC West we want to express our concern for those who have been affected by the COVID-19 Coronavirus. Based on our close monitoring of events with the virus and recent reports from public health officials as well as extensive consultation with our partners in the global security community, ISC West will now be held on July 20-22 at the Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas," the organization's official statement reads.
Previously, Will Wise, VP Grou of Reed Exhibitions, had stated about the postponement of the event that "this is not a decision that we have taken lightly; our customers, partners, and staff have worked diligently to create an experience for the industry through converged safety innovations, public safety best practices, and strong community collaboration. It is imperative that we maintain our commitment to prioritizing the health and safety of everyone involved with ISC West.
