Mexico. Genetec announced that Alain Bissada, Senior Director for Canada, who has extensive experience in sales leadership within the company, assumes a new role, including Mexico as part of his responsibilities.
In this new position, Alain Bissada will be responsible for supporting the company's customers in Mexico in the different verticals of public safety, industry, retail, banking, among others, and will establish the necessary infrastructure to support its ambitious expansion plans.
Genetec also revealed that it is undertaking a recruitment campaign and active selection process to appoint a new General Manager of the region.
On the other hand, the company announced that it will also invest in new and modern offices located in the Polanco area of Mexico City. These will have an "Experience Center" or state-of-the-art demonstration center to showcase their entire portfolio of unified IP security solutions, engineering labs, training center, as well as more space for the current team and new members.
Currently, Genetec has clients in public security in 24 of the 32 states of the Mexican Republic and hundreds of clients in the private sector in various industries such as manufacturing, logistics, automotive, hospitality and more.
