Latin America. SoftGuard announced that it continues to improve its mobile applications, develop new functionalities and automate processes previously carried out by an operator.
It is its new version, its SmartPanics App for its exclusive Signature solution, has become totally autonomous, allowing the linking process between the end user and the service provider to be carried out immediately and without delays.
The provider must only distribute the download link of the application, which it can do through a hyperlink placed in a banner, in QR format, image or video; for the user to access the application store of their smartphone.
Once the application is downloaded and installed, the user will start the registration process, which consists of two simple steps: complete the form and validate their identity through an email account.
After confirming the email account, the user will begin to enjoy the experience and all the services offered by the provider.
