The Platinum Partner status, held by only eight Genetec technology partners in the world, is a recognition of the strategic nature of the relationship, which includes research and development, testing, business development and sales support for new and existing enterprise customers around the world.
Within the framework of this relationship, Mobotix's Mx6 series for outdoor, indoor and thermal cameras is now officially compatible with current and future versions of Genetec Security Center. The integration includes extensive support for Mobotix's MxPEG codec along with key features such as intelligent video analytics tools and behavioral pattern detection.
Security Center combines IP security systems into a single, intuitive platform to give users a complete view of their security system and operations. From access control, video surveillance and automatic license plate recognition to communication, intrusion detection and analytics, Security Center enables organizations to make informed decisions through enhanced situational awareness, unified control and command, and cloud connectivity. The capabilities offered by Genetec Security Center are a perfect complement to Mobotix's network-based high-resolution video surveillance systems, which offer reliable hardware, decentralized architecture and energy efficiency.
