Mexico. Tyco Security Products will showcase its comprehensive suite of intrusion, video and access control solutions and products at Expo Seguridad Mexico, where it will showcase its systems in three real environments: the home, a commercial enterprise, and a command center.
With this new approach at its Security Expo booth, Tyco Security Products will offer security integrators and consultants the ability to interact with each product as they would in a real-world environment. Expo Seguridad México will be held from April 26 to 28, 2016 at the Banamex Center in Mexico City.
"Customers are looking for security solutions that integrate seamlessly into multiple product categories," said Ricardo Pulido, Director of Latin American Sales, Tyco Security Products. "Our focus on Expo Seguridad Mexico allows our customers to truly interact with unified systems and see how products integrate with multiple devices."
The residential sector of the stand will exhibit an interactive intrusion solution from Tyco Security Products with touch screen and its integration with Alarm.com, concentrating mainly on residential automation. With a mobile app on a tablet or smartphone, visitors to this part of the stand will be able to control the lights and energy consumption of a refrigerator, air conditioner and coffee maker. In addition, the interactive system will control the locking and unlocking of the doors.
In the commercial and virtual section of the booth, intended to represent an industry or a bank, Tyco Security Products will exhibit C•CURE BMS, a comprehensive building management system that, together with C•CURE 9000, provides real-time situation control and visualization, with building automation/management functions. This area of the stand will also include field sensors and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to measure energy consumption, which are integrated with the C•CURE BMS solution.
The third section of the booth will feature a command center complete with a video wall to showcase Tyco Security Products' integration between different video, access control and intrusion systems. One station will demonstrate the integration capabilities between Sur-Gard's SG-System 5 virtual receiver, which features visual verification support to significantly reduce the high costs of false alarms, and the PowerSeries Neo system. Another station will showcase the exacqVision video surveillance system, integrated with Tyco's intrusion and access control solutions. Another station will feature the Kantech EntraPass system and the Software House brand's C•CURE 9000 event management and access control system.
In addition, during the event, security integrators and consultants will be able to attend a series of presentations that will be given in each environment within the Tyco Security Products stand. Presentations will be held at 4 p.m ., 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. on April 26, 27 and 28, and topics will include: "Interactive Presentation: Safety, Automation and Comfort for Homes," for the residential area; "Video, intrusion and simple access control thanks to exacqVision", for the command center; and "Smart and Sustainable Security Solutions for Industry and Retail", for the commercial section and virtual enterprises.
This year, more than 15,000 people from 28 countries are expected to attend Expo Seguridad Mexico.
