For this year the Spanish firm Scati specialist in the design, development and manufacture of global video surveillance solutions, launched the Kraken Scati Vision series, a multitasking mass recording system capable of capturing, recording, storing and viewing in real time and stored video.
It also includes an advanced image process in real time with different functionalities such as tampering or camera manipulation, detection of abandoned and moving objects.
The Kraken series offers the recording of up to 500 cameras on a single server, considerably reducing the number of video recorders and a high availability mechanism that guarantees the total redundancy of all elements of the solution.
Fully integrated with the rest of the tools of the Scati Suite, it allows access for the management of the equipment remotely and safely by authorized operators and has a self-diagnosis system of the hardware and software to facilitate the preventive and corrective maintenance of the recorder.
This new product is planned to reach the urban and civil protection market, where Scati seeks to position itself after having achieved an important place in the banking security market.
