Colombia. Of the 144 security cameras that have been managed by the Municipal Administration during 2012 for Neiva, 30 more are added for a total of 164 cameras that will go on to reinforce security in the capital of Huila.
According to the director of Citizen Security Jesús Antonio Vega, through the Colombian Federation of Municipalities, 44 were initially managed and now 30 more, for a total of 74 new video devices that will be installed in the different communes where criminal actions are focused.
The Director of Citizen Security indicated that the new cameras will come with two luminaires, which will allow them to be installed in dark areas, guaranteeing an effective coverage of the place to be monitored by the police authorities of this Colombian town.
