The company explains that the new system is designed to be used by both small businesses and large public establishments, such as museums or airports.
The MxAnalytics tool records the movements of people and objects and displays them through a heat map, through which you can see which are the most frequented areas of the establishment. The system also allows you to count people in a certain period of time and know where they came from and where they were going.
Mobotix assures that the tool aims to use the information to optimize processes and reduce costs in the management of the store. At the moment, the company has begun to introduce it in shopping centers.
