Latin America. The Latin American Security Association, ALAS, confirmed that the third version of the Management Summit will be held on August 29 and 30 in Cancun, Mexico. He also explained that the team of the Association, already works on planning, logistics, speakers, themes and other details to make the event a success.
Based on the success of the first Management Summit held in Miami, in July 2010, and the second, in August 2011, in Panama, ALAS is working on the realization of the third edition of this event, designed specifically for presidents, managers, directors, and senior managers of security companies in Latin America.
As in its two previous versions, the ALAS Management Summit will have a two-day program of high-level conferences and the establishment of contacts between managers of security companies from different Latin American countries for the exchange of experiences, problems and solutions.
The 2011 ALAS Management Summit had nearly 200 attendees from 15 countries in the Americas: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, the United States, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, the Dominican Republic, and Venezuela.
For the third edition, the goal is to increase the number of attendees and their countries of origin.
