A system of locks with touch technology and contactless electronic locks, RFID recognition and security box protection systems, was installed by VingCard Elsafe, a security provider company and part of the Assa Abloy hospital group, in Marriott's new establishment in Venezuela, the Marriott Hotel Playa Grande in Catia la Mar.The Vision solution offers an effective system to manage access control at each door of the accommodation; It uses touch screen technology based on software menus for intuitive operation, allows integration into your current PMS (Property Management System) or any other Windows ® workstation based on Plug-and-Play ™ use for easy and fast connectivity installation.
Additionally with the LockLink™ Windows pocket PC, staff can easily view the latest 600 lockdown events directly from the guest's door.
This system is complemented by the Signatura RFID solution, which uses a blocking and anti-cloning technology that adapts to the needs of users, giving options for the use of contactless magnetic cards, bracelets or key chains, even supports the use of Near Field Communication (NFC) cell phone communication, so that everyone decides how they want to use the lock.
The latest technology installed was Elsafe's Infinity II, a lock for the safes in the rooms. This system, designed with anti-tampering and anti-cloning, can track and determine if a person is trying to open the safe without authorization. The insurance was designed to work in conjunction with Signature RFID electronic locks. Infinity II can be opened only by RFID magnetic cards, wristbands, key chains or NFC mobile phones.
