Latin America. Víctor Alarcón has been appointed as the new Executive Director of the Latin American Security Association, ALAS.Víctor, who has been with the organization for five years, previously served as Director of Operations, and with the support of the Board of Directors has contributed to the growth of ALAS.
Now, as Executive Director, he and his team of collaborators will focus on the projection and growth of the Association. Victor will also have the support of the next Director of Operations that ALAS hires.
