With little or no time for training, lack of investment and fear of change, it is difficult to implement new technological solutions that help the growth of the company.
IT Managers are faced with the task of meeting the needs of users with existing technology and daily use, it is almost an epic battle to maintain and improve daily processes.
The culture of updating IT managers and budgeting so that they remain at the forefront is very scarce. When performing daily tasks, their panorama in the technological evolution is limited according to their activities. This leads to obsolescence and lack of growth in the company's productivity and competitiveness.
This is where the teamwork of IT Managers and Technology Consultants begins.
The technological advisor has the responsibility and duty to keep his technological panorama updated in the different solutions that exist in the market, in order to provide the most appropriate solution and avoid falling into a sale by habit.
Each client has different needs that require an analysis and / or temporary effort to reach the appropriate solution, although, some implementations are similar, the difference lies in the human factor, their vision, their practices and their work routines are elementary details in the implementation of the project.
In addition to this need for constant updating, the consultant must develop communication skills that allow him, together with IT Managers, to align the solution according to the corporate business culture, although the standardization of processes is doing its job at a global level, the line of thought of Eastern and Western companies, the complex management organization charts and the modus operandis within the companies become barriers to the implementation of solutions by IT.
The setting of need vs solution and the correct management of exposure to those involved, allows us to make the process of tuning, implementation and start-up of any project a great teamwork.
The task is vast but not impossible, it is difficult to know the different technological solutions at a global level. The need for resources, the limitations of territorial borders, the enthusiasm and habit of improvement of each IT Manager and Consultant, are determining factors in this trend.
