AXIS P39-R series of monitoring cameras for public transport are resistant to tremors, temperature variations, dust and water. These features allow the camera to maintain image quality amid sudden movements and climate change. They also have an alarm against attacks and attempted obstruction: if the camera is blocked or suffers an attack, an alarm is activated, which can be audible or through a message to the operator's cell phone, for example.
In addition to this, it adapts to rapid variations in light, maintaining high image quality along the vehicle's path. The use of progressive scanning allows you to visualize moving objects without distortion. Thanks to Traffic Light technology, the cameras also clearly distinguish the different colors of the traffic light even in the dark.
Another innovation is the possibility of storing the images in the camera itself by means of an SD memory card. The new series consists of AXIS P3904-R cameras with HDTV 720p resolution; P3905-R with HDTV 1080p; and the P3915-R with HDTV 1080p as well as ambient audio capture.
