Hikvision presents new proposals for video surveillance

Argentina.  As part of its initiative to evolve video surveillance for the region, Hikvision, a leading global provider of innovative video surveillance products and solutions, announces a double launch for Argentina of improvements for its Turbo HD 4.0 product line and the launch of its EasyIP 3.0 range.

"With this new equipment, we are reaffirming our commitment to incorporate cutting-edge video surveillance technology for Latin America. Locally, the main objective of our team is focused on satisfying the existing video surveillance needs in the market with the quality and service standards that have always characterized Hikvision, "says José García, General Manager of Hikvision for Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay.

Turbo HD 4.0 enhanced solutions and equipment with Power Over Coax (PoC) Technology

The products of the Turbo HD 4.0 line stand out among their most outstanding features for having an ultra-low light performance and their ability to provide 8MP video images compared to conventional coaxial cable. Additionally, these models are equipped with Hikvision's patented Power over Coax 2.0 (PoC) function, which allows users to transmit UHD video and power over the same coaxial cable, with faster, simpler and less expensive installations using existing infrastructure.

Turbo HD 4.0's next-generation capabilities take advantage of Hikvision's revolutionary H.265+ video compression technology, which provides staggering savings in bandwidth usage and storage requirements.

The products also offer Hikvision's renowned ultra-low light recording capability to cameras using coaxial cable for the first time. With Hikvision's unique low-light technology, these cameras provide full-color video images in very low light such as 0.003 lux.

EasyIP 3.0 enhanced features for video surveillance

While the new EasyIP 3.0 product range also offers better storage, better image, better analysis and better usability.

With intelligent systems for cameras and NVRs, the EasyIP 3.0 range offers superior video performance through a wide range of parameters using the Hikvision H.265+ intelligent coding algorithm that reduces by more than 75% the amount of bandwidth required, storage and associated costs compared to H.264 models, which is a considerable improvement.

In addition to greater analytical functionality compared to previous generations, with video content analysis (VCA) options in the panel, to put into operation automatic alarm activations.

"With these launches Hikvision seeks to continue its trend of innovation by creating effective and real security solutions, whose equipment allows our customers not only to solve their current needs but also, which offer them the ability to adapt to the future without the need to make additional investments. The intelligent applications and advanced technology of the EasyIP 3.0 range and the new products of the Turbo HD 4.0 line are now available in the local market, "says García.
