Epigy presents its new private switching center

Mexico. Despite the undeniable migration to cloud-based unified communications (CUs), a significant number of new IP "Private PBX" systems continue to enter the market.

Large commercial communications manufacturers are improving both hardware and software for physical developments, introducing new IP-PBX systems that expand their reach into additional market segments.

Key Business Process Solutions, a value-added distributor, launches in Mexico the award-winning EPIGY QX200 IP-PBX, designed for offices with up to 200 employees, was recently awarded at the IT EXPO in Las Vegas with the award for the best launch of the fair.

EPYGI's IP telephony systems have long been characterized by high affordability, easy management, all-in-one that include voicemail, unified messaging, and interactive voice response among the standard features.

The new QX-IP-PBX adds a number of integrated productivity applications that are easily activated by software license key (no additional hardware required) for Call Centers, Unified Communications, Mobility and Video.

Epigy's QX Series products are characterized by being more compact models, fully mountable in racks and contained in metal cabinets.  They were designed for fully customizable systems in such a way that they adapt to any type of requirement of the end user.  A distinctive element of the brand is its energy-saving feature.

The QX200's self-recognition and self-configuration capabilities along with certified IP phones simplify installation and operation, offering the ability to modify automatic assignments via the graphical user interface (GUI).  Integrated with the QX200, a router, DHCP and a firewall with intrusion prevention and detection, thus offering your company a complete network that can be managed by the same device.
