Finally, the performance and usefulness of the plant is diminished by manual processes, unconsolidated information and poor integration of processes.

Situation 1:
Receives a panic signal at the central, Kronos will allow the operator to access on his second monitor the cameras of the site to verify the veracity of the alarm, at the same time on the patrol screen the system will locate the patrol closest to the site in alarm. Once the patrol is assigned, the reaction team member will be able to access detailed account information on their mobile phone. He has wondered how long it takes his operators to attend to an alarm. In Kronos it is possible to send an E-mail to the coordinator of the monitoring center if its operators take more than 1 minute to attend a panic alarm. This same example applies with different types of alarms and time.
