Colombia. Praxis launches "Soft Key", a token-based application to make use of Mobile Banking and platforms that require a second factor of authentication.
This new application generates virtual tokens or unique OTP (One Time Password) keys characterized by being dynamic passwords that cannot be violated or reproduced, which makes the system more resistant against information theft in which it tries to obtain a third-party password by testing all possible combinations. The keys are generated for each user and for each account allowing to have an additional element of validation and thus perform operations in a more secure way.
Soft Key is an application developed for iOS and Android operating systems, which is already being marketed in Colombia. Aimed especially at all institutions that want to offer a tool that protects the operations carried out by their users, providing benefits of security, speed, practicality and saving money by providing them with a virtual and non-physical Token.
Praxis seeks to enrich the service offer with Soft Key by creating and implementing integral solutions for its customers, transforming traditional products into mobile digital solutions that adapt to the needs and characteristics of the client.
"Soft Key arises from the need for security required by applications such as Mobile Banking to provide protection and reliability to users in the exchange of data and financial information," says Tannia Alanis, Manager of the Mobile Banking specialty at Praxis.
