International. Pelco, a subsidiary of Schneider Electric, a leader in the design and development of comprehensive video surveillance solutions and products, announced its strategic partnership with Feeling Software to make the design and management of 3-D video surveillance systems a reality.
Through this agreement, Pelco by Schneider Electric will distribute and support a customized version of Feeling Software's innovative "Omnipresence 3D Pro Design" software package to its network of channels around the world.
Pelco's 3-D Camera Design Tool will also allow system integrators, engineers and architects to easily and immediately generate three-dimensional representations of any property from 2-D Autocad drawings. Once the three-dimensional model is developed, Pelco's 3-D Camera Design Tool will allow users to experience various optimal camera, lens and placement options to achieve the desired coverage.
