Argentina. The South American Exhibition of Integral Security, which was held between July 6 and 8, yielded a positive balance for organizers, exhibitors and attendees, in an event that had the participation of 7,856 entrepreneurs, users and professional visitors of the sector, in addition to 106 exhibiting companies from 7 countries.
As for academic activities, they held conferences and technical talks of free access whose main topics were security in electrical installations, electronic security for countries and private neighborhoods, applications and uses of thermal cameras, public policies in security, IP video solutions and access controls.
Also highlighted were the ASIS International Conferences, organized by chapter ASIS 215 in Argentina and with the participation of 80 security professionals. The objective of the meeting was to demonstrate how security measures are selected, designed, implemented and managed to reduce the risk of losses.
Likewise, the 4th International Business Round of buyers of security products and services was held in which businessmen from Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador and Peru participated, who held a total of 54 meetings with 21 leading companies in the national industry.
The next edition of Seguriexpo Buenos Aires will be held from June 5 to 7, 2013, while the Safety, Fire & Security industry will have its biennial meeting at Intersec Buenos Aires from August 15 to 17, 2012.
