In this way, they indicated, Desico will continue its operations while maintaining both its own brand and the operational headquarters and organizational structure, ensuring the quality of operations and business continuity.

"This agreement is especially satisfying because of the magnificent relationship that has existed for 30 years," said José Luis Martín, CEO of Desico. "In addition, the vision and values of the Casmar Group fully coincide with those of Desico, which will allow us to offer even more value to our customers, while maintaining our commitment to excellence and innovation."

Montse Castro Roca, CEO of the Casmar Group, added: "We are delighted to welcome Desico to the Casmar Group. This result is a reflection of our ongoing commitment, like Desico's, to innovation, excellence and sustainable and consolidated growth."

Both executives agreed to describe Desico's incorporation into the Casmar Group as an important milestone towards a future full of opportunities and growth for their companies, as well as for the sector as a whole.
