"Our product portfolio continues to evolve": Altronix

"Nuestra cartera de productos continúa evolucionando”: Altronix

International. During the last edition of ISC West, Altronix had the opportunity to showcase its solutions for power access and integration, data transmission, power backup for emergency communications, extended range Ethernet and network power management.

The company said these new smart products complement its portfolio for professional security, access control, surveillance and fire signaling applications, resulting in greater versatility and cost-effectiveness for all types of infrastructure.

"Our product portfolio continues to evolve, delivering feature-rich solutions that are scalable, versatile, cost-effective and highly reliable to fit the latest devices and better protect critical infrastructure," said Alan Forman, president of Altronix Corporation.

Altronix's new COMMBATT1 battery backup unit combined with the ANC1BBU annunciator provides the critical power backup needed for emergency response communication systems. These UL 2524 listed units play a crucial role in supporting ARCS and ERCES system components, ensuring first responders remain in touch during emergencies.

COMBATT1 provides power for 12 VDC or 24 VDC systems while monitoring a wide range of internal monitoring conditions. The unit enclosure accommodates up to two (2) 55 AH batteries with the ability to add additional external backup up to 110 AH.

The ANC1BBU annunciator monitors the status of the BDA (bi-directional amplifier) and system COMMBATT1, provides local and/or remote problem reports, and communicates with the fire alarm control panel. Multiple ANC1BBU annunciators can be connected to a single battery backup unit COMBATT1.

Newly enhanced LINQ Network Power Management technology enables advanced remote capabilities to control devices, monitor, and report system power diagnostics from a single-pane-of-glass platform, significantly increasing system reliability and return on investment (ROI), improving virtually any security installation.

LINQ technology is built into many Altronix products, including modules to upgrade existing systems. The NetWay5P Series' unique rugged PoE+ switches use 24 VDC of low voltage to support up to four (4) PoE IP access control or surveillance devices.

This compact solution is ideal with the Altronix Trove™ Access and Power Integration platform and is available in a wide range of models to support both indoor and outdoor installations. Models are available with built-in LINQ Network Power Management technology.

Altronix continues to expand its Trove power and access integration solutions to include more brands from leading access solution providers. Pre-wired kits with finger conduit and versatile cable management options are designed to fit virtually any application.

Altronix also offers increased system capacity by using its unique rear panel support system to accommodate more doors in the same space.

Trove is available in wall-mount and rack-mount configurations, as well as outdoor models, along with a wide range of accessories including battery boxes and matching complementary Trove wire raceways with specific knockouts that align with Trove enclosures to greatly reduce installation time.

Also new from Altronix, the Pace Series long-range single-pair media adapters enable communication between T1L 802.3cg-compliant devices such as temperature sensors, industrial controllers, and more. within the network at distances of up to 1000 m+ (3280'+). Pace upgrades existing two-wire implemented infrastructure control schemes such as the LON protocol to Ethernet networked devices that adhere to the new T1L SPE (Single Pair Ethernet) standard.

The Altronix NetWay™ Spectrum series is now available with more power to support the latest cameras, illuminators, wireless access points, and other high-powered devices.

The new models take advantage of Altronix's new PoE360 power supply/charger, which operates at 115 VDC or 230 VAC and provides 56 VDC at 360 W.

The Altronix TempoA2 and TempoA4 occupancy alert systems provide notifications when unauthorized activity or loitering occurs in secure areas. This standalone solution is ideal for monitoring activity in public facilities, such as single-use restrooms in convenience stores, retail establishments, restaurants, schools and universities, sports facilities, recreation venues, hotels, and others.
