In addition, the company established a commercial goal for the coming years, stating that by 2030 50% of its sales should correspond to new solutions, as a result of its technological innovation.
2023 is a milestone year for Prosegur, thanks to the integration of AI in all its business lines, which has improved the operational efficiency of its portfolio, diversified business lines and enriched the product and service offering.
Innovation and leadership
At Prosegur Security, more than 32% of customers already benefit from advanced hybrid security solutions. In addition, the company now has 14 interconnected global operations centers, iSOCs, which are the heart of its Hybrid Security strategy, integrating people and advanced technology, including AI and data.
According to the company, at Prosegur Cash the acceptance of new products has driven growth in areas such as foreign exchange (Forex), machines for automating the use of cash (Cash Today) and correspondent banking (Corban).
In the area of Alarms, the integration of AI has substantially improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the systems, as it is used in customer behavior prediction models, which results in the reduction of churn rates, among other benefits.
For its part, Prosegur Tech (a structure made up of the cybersecurity unit, Cipher, and the AVOS Tech unit) has reported that innovation is already at the heart of its businesses.
"This change includes the integration of generative AI into our proprietary software and the connection of these products with BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) service platforms," said Maria Fernandez de Cordoba, CEO of AVOS Tech.
