Mexico. With the opening of the first Intelligent Control Center (iSOC) in the country, Prosegur Security offers its customers an innovative hybrid format in private security, which improves various operational aspects in the companies that implement it.
The new iSOC is capable of analysing large amounts of data, preventing risks and providing relevant information to its customers through the Prosegur Connect network. In the same way, it is linked to technology, generating intelligent services so that the system is coordinated in a hybrid way.
"We are very proud to bring this service to the Mexican market, as it constitutes a new model of how private security can be implemented hand in hand with the latest technology. This is not an ordinary control center, it is integral security at another level. The iSOC has intelligence and software that helps monitoring and is able to prevent catastrophes that are not perceptible under traditional formats," said Héctor Alejandro Gutiérrez, CEO of Prosegur Mexico.
The executive also said that the new hybrid model works as the brain of the business and allows information to be exchanged in real time, integrating people and technology at the service of customers.
Investment in the iSOC
Prosegur, which globally has invested more than 5 million dollars in control centers, made an investment of more than US $ 550,000 in Mexico in its commitment to offer a comprehensive service to its customers.
"The concept of security is not the same as 30 years ago, it has been evolving and that is why the way in which private security is implemented must also
change. Security intelligently throws data to improve the experience and know what is happening in organizations. We want them to be centers of experience where customers see how we develop hybrid security and know our services, as well as all the technology and innovation that supports them," said Daniel Ballato, Chief Technology Officer at Prosegur Mexico.
